About the role

Hyatt Regency Doha is seeking enthusiastic Waiter/Waitress to join its award‑winning restaurant team. The role involves delivering personalized, high‑quality service to guests in a luxury hotel setting, creating memorable dining experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and seat guests, present menus and explain daily specials.
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and relay them to the kitchen and bar.
• Serve dishes and drinks promptly, ensuring proper presentation.
• Maintain table settings, cleanliness and overall dining area appearance.
• Process payments and handle billing inquiries.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to meet guest expectations.
• Respond to guest questions and resolve issues with a courteous attitude.
• Uphold Hyatt’s service standards and health‑safety regulations.

Required profile

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with a genuine care for guests.
• International experience in luxury hotel brands, demonstrating adaptability.
• Relevant degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management (preferred).
• Strong desire to learn, grow and take on new responsibilities.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Fluent English communication skills.
