About the role

We are looking for an experienced Account Manager to lead client relationships and drive integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, and traditional channels. The role combines strategic planning, execution, and performance analysis to deliver measurable results for our regional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their objectives and delivering tailored marketing solutions.
• Develop, launch, and monitor multi‑channel campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and budgets.
• Create and execute social media strategies, manage content calendars, and track engagement metrics.
• Lead pitch development for new business opportunities, collaborating with internal creative and strategy teams.
• Coordinate project delivery across creative, media buying, and strategy departments.
• Manage campaign budgets, provide financial updates, and ensure cost‑efficiency.
• Analyze performance data, generate insights, and recommend optimisations.
• Conduct market research to stay current with industry trends and emerging technologies.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of account management experience in an agency environment, focusing on marketing and social media.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and results‑driven with strong problem‑solving abilities.
