Accountant – Full‑Time, On‑Site in Qatar

About the role

Dayim Equipment Rental is expanding across the GCC and seeks a detail‑driven Accountant to join its Qatar team. The role will support the finance function by managing day‑to‑day accounting tasks and ensuring accurate financial reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, bank reconciliations, accruals and provisions.
• Execute month‑end closing activities and perform balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Maintain fixed‑asset, fleet and equipment registers.
• Prepare monthly financial reports and analysis.
• Support statutory, tax, internal and external audit requirements.
• Handle intercompany reconciliations and coordinate accounting activities with operations.
• Maintain accurate ERP data and assist the Finance Manager with reporting.
• Support cash‑flow management, payments and other finance operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting or a related field.
• At least 4 years of experience in general accounting, month‑end closing, AP/AR and management reporting.
• Strong analytical, communication and coordination abilities with high attention to detail.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience with ERP systems, preferably Oracle NetSuite.
