Acquisition Officer – Doha, Qatar

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic, ambitious Acquisition Officer to build strong client relationships, identify new business opportunities and convert leads into successful partnerships in Doha, Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and generate new business opportunities and potential clients.
• Conduct regular prospecting and client outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients and key decision‑makers.
• Manage leads throughout the acquisition cycle, from initial contact to conversion.
• Arrange and attend client meetings and presentations.
• Prepare and follow up on proposals, quotations, RFQs and RFPs.
• Maintain an accurate and up‑to‑date sales/acquisition pipeline.
• Support commercial negotiations and client onboarding, and achieve monthly and quarterly acquisition targets.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Business Development, Sales, Client Acquisition or a similar role.
• Strong communication, negotiation and relationship‑building skills.
• Target‑driven with strong follow‑up and closing abilities.
• Good understanding of the Qatar market (preferred).
• Strong English communication skills; Arabic speaking ability is an advantage.
• Candidates currently based in Qatar are preferred.
