Admissions Advisor

About the role

The Admissions Advisor will drive enrolment growth at Oryx University by managing the admissions process and executing recruitment strategies for local and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Guide prospective students through the application and enrolment process, providing accurate information on requirements, deadlines and policies.
• Develop and execute recruitment plans, organise events such as school visits, education fairs, webinars and campus tours.
• Maintain accurate records in the admissions management system and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate with Academic Affairs, Academic Registry and the Market Engagement Department to keep programme information up‑to‑date and create promotional materials.
• Prepare regular reports on recruitment performance, enrolment goals and market trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Education, Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in admissions, student recruitment or a similar role, preferably in higher education.
• Familiarity with the education landscape in Qatar and the GCC region is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience with admissions management systems or CRM platforms.
