Advertising Manager (Qatarization)

About the role

The incumbent will apply the strategic direction for key transformational projects and commercial partnerships within GCD and the QNB Group, reporting to the Vice President of Special Projects. This role ensures alignment with project scope, budget and timelines while coordinating with internal and external stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Implement project charters, provide status updates and manage special projects.
• Execute and monitor commercial partnership agreements, reporting effectiveness to stakeholders.
• Coordinate with commercial partners and rights holders to ensure project milestones are met.
• Develop and follow project plans, budgets and timelines as defined by the VP‑Special Projects.
• Manage relationships with external vendors and third‑party suppliers.
• Identify and advise on potential risks, updating executive management on scope, schedule and cost changes.

Required profile

• University graduate in Business, Advertising, Marketing or a related discipline.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in marketing.
• Strong oral and written communication skills in English; Arabic preferred.
• Proven ability to motivate teams and follow through on project plans.
• Excellent planning, organizing and multicultural teamwork abilities.
