Affluent Banking Proposition & Strategy Execution Consultant

About the role

The Affluent Banking Proposition & Strategy Execution Consultant will provide advisory insights, design value‑proposition enhancements and guide the implementation of strategic initiatives for Nair Systems' affluent banking segment in Qatar.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret market research, competitor intelligence and customer insights to identify strategic opportunities for affluent banking products and services.
• Design and refine value propositions, product bundles, loyalty frameworks and pricing models that differentiate the offering.
• Develop quick‑win initiatives, medium‑term enhancement plans and long‑term roadmaps, prioritising actions by impact and feasibility.
• Lead cross‑functional execution, coordinating product development, marketing, digital banking, CRM and operations teams to ensure timely delivery.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in affluent banking, segment strategy, consulting or value‑proposition design.
• Proven track record in business development and client acquisition within premium segments.
• Experience conducting competitor analysis, trend forecasting and translating insights into actionable recommendations.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Strategy or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency in MS Excel and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentation.
• Experience building dashboards with Power BI.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital banking ecosystems.
