AI Engineer – Generative AI & LLM

About the role

We are seeking an experienced AI Engineer to join a strategic one‑year project in Qatar, focusing on Generative AI and Large Language Model (LLM) applications.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, test, and deploy AI solutions in real‑world environments.
• Develop Generative AI and LLM‑based applications and translate business requirements into scalable AI solutions.
• Design and optimise prompts and AI workflows, and evaluate model performance, quality, accuracy and reliability.
• Define and execute model evaluation and validation approaches, supporting integration and deployment into production.
• Collaborate with business and technical stakeholders throughout the AI solution lifecycle.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of hands‑on AI Engineering or Machine Learning experience.
• Strong practical experience with Generative AI, LLMs and Prompt Engineering.
• Proven ability to translate business use cases into working AI applications.
• Good communication skills in English.
