Aircraft Mechanic – Calibration Lab (Workshops)

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Aircraft Mechanic to join our Calibration Lab in Doha, Qatar. The role focuses on calibrating a wide range of aviation instruments and supporting aircraft component rectifications in compliance with QCAA/EASA Part‑145 standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform calibration of instruments across all disciplines, including force measuring equipment and load cells.
• Complete assigned tasks within defined procedures and time frames while meeting productivity standards.
• Operate workshop equipment and tooling to achieve timely service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety policies and report any issues.
• Support the team by demonstrating best practices and motivating colleagues.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in an ISO 17025 accredited calibration laboratory (or 2 years with a relevant degree).
• High school, vocational diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Aircraft Maintenance or related field.
• Basic ICAO Type II license and recognized aeronautical/technical certificates.
• Ability to work independently under normal conditions.
