Aircraft Mechanic – IFE – Light

About the role

We are seeking an Aircraft Mechanic specialized in In‑Flight Entertainment (IFE) for light‑weight aircraft to join our maintenance team in Doha. You will work under strict QR standards and approved technical data to ensure the cabin and IFE systems meet the airline’s 5‑star quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct tests, inspections, and quality evaluations of IFE and cabin components.
• Examine engines, structures, and hydraulic units for cracks, leaks, or other defects.
• Repair, replace, and rebuild aircraft structures, wings, fuselage, rigging, and hydraulic systems.
• Modify aircraft structures and systems following engineering drawings, orders, and technical publications.
• Interpret aircraft maintenance manuals to determine repair feasibility and methods.
• Implement technical solutions for line‑maintenance issues while adhering to time constraints.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in aircraft or IFE maintenance.
• Practical knowledge of heavy cabin and IFE maintenance fundamentals.
• Ability to work safely in a multicultural environment and communicate effectively in English.
