Aircraft Mechanic - Line Maintenance

About the role

We are recruiting an Aircraft Mechanic for line maintenance at our Doha base. The role involves performing aircraft inspections, routine servicing, and supporting operational requirements in compliance with manufacturer manuals and airport regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Perform aircraft walk‑around inspections and routine servicing of airframe and engine systems following manufacturer manuals and airport authority regulations.
• Operate hand tools, pneumatic tools, and electrically powered equipment safely, and use hydraulic and electrical rigs for system servicing.
• Read and interpret technical documentation such as AMM, FIM, and IPC to carry out scheduled and unscheduled maintenance tasks.
• Remove and install aircraft components in a line‑maintenance environment and assist licensed engineers with inspections.
• Support junior mechanics through guidance, training, and mentoring, and promote a positive safety culture.

Required profile

• High School or vocational qualification with a minimum of 3 years relevant experience, or a Bachelor’s degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid airport vehicle operating permit (where required) and ability to adhere to airport operating procedures.
• Strong attendance, punctuality, and professional conduct in line with company expectations.

Required skills

• Proficiency with hand, pneumatic, and electrically powered tools.
• Experience using hydraulic and electrical rigs for aircraft system servicing.
• Ability to read and apply aircraft maintenance manuals (AMM, FIM, IPC).
• Competence in removal and installation of aircraft components.
