Aircraft Mechanic – Trim (Cabin Workshop)

About the role

We are looking for an Aircraft Mechanic specialized in Trim work within our Cabin Workshop in Doha, Qatar. The role involves performing maintenance and repairs in line with approved technical data, QR standards and EASA PART‑145 requirements while ensuring safety and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out aircraft component rectifications and general shop tasks within defined procedures and timeframes.
• Operate workshop equipment and tooling to meet productivity standards and safety policies.
• Interpret technical documents, work orders and instructions to maintain continuous operation.
• Motivate the team by leading by example and ensure health‑and‑safety issues are communicated.

Required profile

• High school or vocational diploma with at least 3 years of aircraft maintenance experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 2 years of relevant experience.
• Aircraft Maintenance apprenticeship or equivalent certification.
• Basic ICAO Type II License and relevant trade certificates are preferred.
• Ability to work independently under time constraints and handle pressure situations.

Required skills

• Aircraft maintenance and trim‑work expertise.
• Knowledge of workshop fundamentals, tools and equipment operation.
• Proficiency in reading and applying technical documentation.
• English communication skills (written and spoken).
