Analyst – Enterprise Data Analytics & Automation

About the role

Design, develop and deliver enterprise data analytics, business applications and process‑automation solutions that turn Ooredoo Group data into decision‑ready insight. The role blends Power Platform development, Power BI reporting and AI/ML techniques to replace manual, spreadsheet‑driven processes with secure, scalable digital products.

Key responsibilities

• Build, test and deploy Power Apps (canvas and model‑driven) and Power Automate workflows to digitise manual processes across Group functions and OpCos.
• Create interactive Power BI dashboards, data models and DAX queries to visualise KPIs and support evidence‑based decisions.
• Integrate applications with Power BI, Azure Data Factory, Azure SQL and Logic Apps to automate data pipelines and ensure real‑time reporting.
• Embed AI and machine‑learning models for anomaly detection, driver‑based analysis and natural‑language insight generation.
• Collaborate with business owners, conduct UAT, provide training and maintain documentation for knowledge transfer.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 + years of experience building production‑grade solutions on the Microsoft Power Platform.
• Strong communication skills to work with both business and technical teams, preferably within the telecom sector.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, adapt quickly to changing requirements and drive continuous improvement.
