Application Delivery Manager

About the role

The Delivery Unit Leader for Application Development oversees the end‑to‑end execution of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) for Malomatia’s custom application portfolio, managing the delivery team and ensuring quality in all deliverables while collaborating with the Practice Leader to align with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end execution of the SDLC for Malomatia’s custom application portfolio.
• Manage the software delivery team and ensure quality of all SDLC deliverables.
• Collaborate with the Practice Leader – Application Development & Management to improve deliverable quality, drive process improvements and develop team capabilities.

Required profile

• 12+ years of progressive experience in IT management with a focus on application development or package implementation.
• At least 8 years of experience managing Scrum projects/teams through all phases of the SDLC.

Required skills

• Java and/or .NET development
• API design and microservices architecture
• Cloud platforms: Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) and Amazon Web Services (AWS)
• Containerization with Docker and orchestration using Kubernetes
• Continuous Integration and Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) practices
• Software Quality Assurance methodologies
• Project delivery using Waterfall and Agile (Scrum) methodologies
