Arabic-Speaking Sales Advisor (Retail)

About the role

We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Sales Advisor to join the retail team of MADI International in Qatar. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer service, driving sales, and supporting daily store operations in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs and provide personalized product recommendations.
• Assist shoppers in making purchasing decisions and ensure a positive shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed daily and monthly sales targets while staying informed about product ranges, promotions and company policies.
• Maintain attractive merchandise displays and support promotional activities.
• Participate in stock monitoring, inventory management and overall store operations to ensure smooth functioning.

Required profile

• Fluent in Arabic; English proficiency is a plus.
• Previous experience in retail, sales or customer service is advantageous.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving abilities.
• Passion for delivering high‑quality service and meeting sales goals.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast‑moving retail setting.
