Arabic‑Speaking Receptionist – Luxury Hotel

About the role

We are looking for an Arabic‑speaking Receptionist to join our 5‑star hotel team. The role involves welcoming guests, handling registrations and providing high‑quality service in line with Radisson’s “Yes I Can!” ethos.

Key responsibilities

• Greet and register guests promptly, ensuring accurate data entry and confidentiality.
• Assist with room reservations, special requests, and VIP handling.
• Provide information on hotel facilities, local attractions and events.
• Process payments and manage guest billing with attention to detail.
• Address guest inquiries, complaints and coordinate with other departments to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Native Arabic speaker with excellent verbal and written English.
• Previous experience in a 5‑star or luxury hotel environment.
• Professional appearance, polished grooming and a friendly, calm demeanor under pressure.
• Strong organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Commitment to Radisson’s Responsible Business principles and “Yes I Can!” attitude.

Required skills

• Knowledge of hotel front‑desk operations and reservation systems.
• Ability to handle guest information, payments and confidentiality.
