Architect – Credit Risk & Portfolio Analytics

About the role

The Architect will lead credit risk and portfolio analytics initiatives within a leading international bank, ensuring robust risk governance and data-driven decision making.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate activities across Business, Credit, Risk, Finance, Technology, Operations, and country stakeholders.
• Prepare business requirements, functional specifications, process flows, dashboards, and management reports.
• Identify data‑quality issues, process gaps, control weaknesses, and implementation risks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, Risk Management, Mathematics, Statistics, IT or related field.
• At least 7 years of banking experience, preferably in an international bank, with exposure to Credit Risk, Corporate/Wholesale Banking, Risk Analytics, or Business Analysis.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder‑management skills, with excellent English and Arabic communication.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of RAROC, risk‑adjusted performance metrics, profitability analysis, capital consumption, and portfolio analytics.
• Proficiency in analytical, reporting, presentation, process‑mapping, and project‑documentation tools.
