About the role
The role focuses on designing and implementing transaction banking solutions, supporting digital transformation and process automation initiatives within a leading bank.
Key responsibilities
- Gather business requirements, create BRDs and user stories, and map processes for trade finance, cash management and supply chain finance.
- Lead solution design, gap analysis and implementation of transaction banking platforms, including virtual accounts.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience in banking, preferably in a highly rated international or regional bank.
- Strong analytical, decision‑making and communication skills, with fluency in English.
Required skills
- Business analysis and requirements gathering (BRD, BRS, user stories).
- Process mapping, gap analysis and solution documentation.
- Data analytics and UAT experience.
