Architect – Project Coordination (Qatar)

About the role

As an Architect you will support the Senior Architect in coordinating complex design activities, ensuring consistency across disciplines and facilitating communication among internal teams, clients and external consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Support the Senior Architect in day‑to‑day coordination of design activities and deliverables.
• Act as liaison between architecture and structural, MEP, civil and systems disciplines to ensure fully coordinated design packages.
• Track design submissions, responses and approvals to meet project schedules.
• Review and compile multidisciplinary inputs before client submission to verify completeness and consistency.
• Participate in coordination and technical meetings, document decisions and follow up on actions.
• Prepare reports, presentations and design review materials for the client.
• Manage comment tracking (e.g., DRS) and control architecture documentation.
• Ensure design outputs comply with project standards, codes and authority requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in architectural coordination or multidisciplinary project environments.
• Valid Qatar MMUP Grade A in Architecture (evidence required).
• Experience with major projects such as residential, industrial and interior/exterior design.
• Knowledge of Qatar civil codes (QCS, Civil Defence, NFPA).

Required skills

• Proficiency with BIM, Revit and AutoCAD.
• Ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams including civil, MEP and ICT.
