Architectural Designer – Hospitality

About the role

H’Collective Architecture and Interiors is looking for an Intermediate Design Architect to develop hospitality‑focused architectural concepts, create compelling presentations, and support projects from concept through completion. Working under senior architects, you will own design packages, communicate ideas clearly and collaborate with clients, consultants and internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Develop architectural projects through concept, schematic, design development, construction documentation and construction administration.
• Take responsibility for assigned design packages, ensuring compliance with brief, quality standards and deadlines.
• Coordinate work with internal teams, external consultants and specialist partners, identifying and resolving design issues.
• Produce and refine 3D models and visualisations using Revit, SketchUp, Enscape or equivalent, alongside Adobe Creative Suite.
• Prepare design proposals, presentation materials and interview submissions in collaboration with senior team members.
• Support junior designers and share practical design and software knowledge.
• Present design work to clients, respond to feedback and follow up on actions.
• Apply H’Collective’s design and documentation standards to maintain quality and consistency across disciplines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Architecture (Master’s degree is a plus).
• Minimum 5 years of architectural and design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Ability to present concepts clearly and explain design reasoning.
• Experience developing designs that meet client requirements, budgets, site conditions and project constraints.
• Working knowledge of sustainable and universal design principles.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Revit, SketchUp, D5 Render, Adobe InDesign and Photoshop.
• Experience with Rhino, Maya and Enscape (advantage).
• Strong graphic presentation and visualisation abilities.
