Assistant Club Manager – Fitness & Wellness

About the role

The Assistant Club Manager supports the Club Manager in delivering operational excellence and an outstanding member experience across all areas of the UFC Gym facility, including fitness, wellness, membership, F&B and retail. Reporting to the Operations Director, the role ensures standards of service, cleanliness, safety and brand presentation are consistently met.

Key responsibilities

• Assist daily club operations, coordinating Fitness, Front of House, Sales and Support teams while monitoring compliance with SOPs.
• Support fitness and wellness programs, overseeing trainers, coaches and wellness staff to drive member engagement and revenue.
• Handle member feedback, lead engagement activities and implement retention strategies to improve satisfaction.
• Lead team briefings, onboarding, training and performance reviews, fostering a positive culture.
• Collaborate with Sales on campaigns and events, track KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Ensure health, safety and emergency procedures are followed, maintaining audit scores and risk management standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Sports Management, Fitness, Business Administration or related field (preferred).
• 5–7 years of experience managing fitness clubs, wellness centers or hospitality operations, with proven team leadership.
