Assistant Club Manager – Fitness, Wellness & Operations

About the role

The Assistant Club Manager – Fitness, Wellness & Operations supports the Club Manager in delivering an exceptional experience at the UFC Gym facility. You will help oversee daily club operations, coordinate fitness, wellness and front‑of‑house teams, and ensure the club meets the highest standards of service, cleanliness, safety and brand presentation across all revenue streams.

Key responsibilities

• Assist the Club Manager in supervising daily club operations and ensuring compliance with SOPs.
• Coordinate activities between Fitness, Front of House, Sales and Support teams to maintain consistent service quality.
• Support fitness trainers, coaches and wellness staff, monitor performance and drive member engagement.
• Handle member feedback, lead engagement initiatives and work to improve member satisfaction and retention.
• Conduct daily briefings, onboarding, training and performance coaching for team members.
• Collaborate with the Sales team on campaigns, events and KPI monitoring.
• Ensure health, safety and emergency procedures are followed and maintain compliance with company policies.
• Monitor operational KPIs, prepare performance reports and support continuous improvement.
• Assist in recruitment, onboarding and development of fitness and wellness personnel.

Required profile

• Proven experience in club, gym or wellness centre operations.
• Strong ability to coordinate multiple departments and manage day‑to‑day activities.
• Excellent customer focus with a track record of handling member feedback and driving retention.
• Leadership skills to supervise, train and develop team members.
• Good analytical skills to monitor KPIs and prepare performance reports.
• Commitment to health, safety and compliance standards.
