About the role

The Assistant Food & Beverage Operations Manager supports the overall management of food and beverage and culinary operations at St. Regis Doha. The role focuses on maintaining high guest and employee satisfaction while meeting financial and service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in day‑to‑day food and beverage operations, fostering a motivated and teamwork‑driven environment.
• Provide proactive customer service to guests and employees, addressing concerns quickly and following up to ensure satisfaction.
• Coach staff, encourage problem‑solving, and uphold the brand’s service culture.
• Handle guest complaints from receipt to resolution, ensuring a positive outcome.
• Comply with corporate accounting procedures and support the General Manager with quality audits.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED with at least 3 years of food‑and‑beverage or culinary experience, OR a 2‑year degree in a related field with 1 year of experience.
• Background in 5‑star luxury hospitality and familiarity with LQA and Forbes standards.
