About the role
The Assistant HR & Training Manager supports the HR team and leadership in handling employee relations, recruitment compliance, training delivery, and various administrative tasks.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor employee relations issues, track resolutions and follow‑up.
- Support management and leadership in handling HR matters and employee concerns.
- Ensure recruitment and hiring processes comply with local laws, company policies and standards.
- Maintain accurate employee records, including interview documents and I‑9 forms.
- Coordinate and schedule applicant interviews and conduct interviews for hourly and management positions.
- Deliver new‑hire orientation, complete paperwork and communicate grooming standards.
- Design, develop and deliver training programs, create multimedia training aids and manage training material inventory.
- Assist in logistics, administration and scheduling of annual employee surveys.
- Answer phone calls, record messages and provide guest relations support as required.
- Uphold safety, security and confidentiality policies, reporting accidents and maintaining a secure environment.
