Assistant Marketing Manager

About the role

An Assistant Marketing Manager is needed for Our Habitas Ras Abrouq, a resort in Qatar that is part of the Accor network. The role supports the development and execution of marketing, communications, digital, social media, content and brand initiatives, strengthening brand awareness, engagement and commercial performance while reflecting the Our Habitas brand, culture and guest experience. It works closely with property leadership, Sales, Revenue, F&B, Wellness and regional/global marketing teams.

Key responsibilities

• Support the annual marketing and communications plan and keep all collateral aligned with brand standards
• Coordinate marketing collateral, promotional materials, presentations and signage
• Plan and run digital marketing and social media, including content calendars and performance monitoring
• Produce and edit content, coordinate photography and shoots, and maintain a library of approved assets
• Work with Sales and Revenue on campaigns, packages, offers, events and activations, and track campaign performance
• Support PR, media visits, influencer stays and familiarization trips, and liaise with local partners and tourism stakeholders
• Help track the marketing budget, purchase requests, invoices and contracts, and maintain marketing calendars and trackers
• Represent the brand professionally with guests, partners, agencies and media, and support colleagues in marketing activities

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, Hospitality or a related field preferred
• Previous marketing experience, preferably in luxury hospitality, lifestyle hotels/resorts, travel or a premium consumer brand
• Experience in digital marketing, social media, content creation and campaign management
• Strong written and verbal English; Arabic or additional languages are an advantage
• Good commercial awareness, organization and ability to manage several projects and deadlines at once

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Advantageous: content management, social media, design, CRM or digital analytics platforms
• Advantageous: experience coordinating photography, videography, PR, influencers or creative agencies
