Assistant/Associate Professor – Business Data Analytics

About the role

The College of Business at UDST is seeking an Assistant or Associate Professor to lead teaching and research in Business Data Analytics. The successful candidate will join a vibrant, student‑centered environment that supports applied and experiential learning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and evaluate a broad range of Business Data Analytics courses.
• Assess student progress and manage learning resources and environments.
• Engage with industry partners, serve on advisory committees and coordinate applied projects.
• Maintain accreditation documentation and contribute to instructional improvement plans.

Required profile

• PhD in Management Information Systems, Data Analytics or a closely related discipline from an internationally recognised university.
• Minimum 3 years (Assistant) or 8 years (Associate) of post‑secondary teaching experience, preferably with industry training exposure.
• Distinguished research record with publications in top‑tier journals and a strong reputation internationally.
• Proven track record supervising high‑calibre research students and building industry collaborations.
• Preferred: Diploma in Education, professional certifications, and 6–10 years of relevant professional practice.
