Assistant/Associate Professor – Healthcare Management

About the role

The College of Business at UDST seeks an Assistant or Associate Professor in Healthcare Management to teach undergraduate and Executive Master of Health Administration programs, contributing to applied and experiential learning.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and evaluate courses in Healthcare Management, including Health Economics, Health Insurance and Financing, Health Systems, and Health Informatics and Data Analytics for undergraduate and Executive Master programs.
• Assess student progress, manage learning resources, and maintain accreditation documentation.
• Liaise with industry partners and other educational institutions, participate in advisory committees, and coordinate program‑related projects.

Required profile

• PhD (and Master’s) in Healthcare Management or a related discipline from an internationally recognized university.
• Assistant Professor: minimum 3 years teaching experience and preferably 3 years relevant industry experience; Associate Professor: minimum 8 years teaching experience and preferably 3 years industry experience.
• Distinguished research record with publications in top‑tier journals and experience supervising research students.
• Demonstrated leadership in building industry partnerships.
