Assistant/Associate Professor in Strategy & Marketing

About the role

The successful candidate will report to the Department Head and will be responsible for developing, delivering and evaluating a broad range of courses in Strategy and Strategic Marketing. The role includes managing student progress, industry liaison and contributing to the College’s professional and community activities.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver and assess courses within Strategy and Strategic Marketing.
• Monitor student progress and manage learning‑environment resources.
• Establish and maintain relationships with industry partners and other educational institutions.
• Participate in industry advisory committees and coordinate relevant projects.
• Maintain accreditation documentation and support instructional improvement plans.
• Contribute to professional and community life within the College and beyond.

Required profile

• PhD in Strategy, Marketing or a closely related discipline from an internationally recognised university.
• Minimum of 3 years of post‑secondary teaching experience.
• Preferably 3+ years of professional experience in digital marketing or a related field.
• Distinguished research record with publications in top‑tier journals.
• Proven record of supervising high‑calibre research students.
• Leadership experience in building industry partnerships and technology‑based projects.
