Assistant/Associate Professor – Strategy & Marketing

About the role

The College of Business at UDST is seeking an Assistant or Associate Professor in Strategy and Marketing. Reporting to the Department Head, the successful candidate will design, deliver and evaluate undergraduate and graduate courses, and contribute to the university’s applied‑learning mission.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, deliver and assess a broad range of courses in Strategy and Strategic Marketing.
• Evaluate student progress, manage learning‑environment resources and maintain accreditation documentation.
• Liaise with industry partners, serve on advisory committees and coordinate applied research projects.
• Engage in instructional development, improvement plans and community activities within and beyond the College.

Required profile

• PhD in Strategy, Marketing or a related discipline from an internationally recognised university.
• Minimum teaching experience: 3 years for Assistant Professor, 8 years for Associate Professor, preferably with industry experience in digital marketing.
• Distinguished research record with publications in top‑tier journals and a strong supervision record of research students.
• Demonstrated leadership in building professional and industry partnerships.
