About the role
Egis is seeking an Associate Consultant to support its aviation‑related projects across the Middle East. The role focuses on strategic initiatives, KPI management and coordination with aviation authorities and technical departments.
Key responsibilities
- Monitor and analyse aviation sector performance KPIs and departmental progress.
- Lead regular meetings with ANSPs, regulators and internal technical teams to drive strategic initiatives.
- Continuously review, update or retire KPIs in line with evolving business and regulatory environments.
- Collaborate with initiative champions to define scopes of work for technical and business projects.
- Prepare periodic (monthly, quarterly) strategy and operations MIS reports.
Required profile
- 7‑10 years of experience in the aviation sector or with aviation authorities.
- Strategic mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.
- Excellent communication, teamwork and client‑service orientation.
- Professional fluency in Arabic is preferred.
Required skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
