Associate Domain Support

About the role

The Associate Domain Support role assists the Senior Manager, Domain Support in managing assignments, resources and technical operations across QNB’s IT domains. The position ensures the stability, security and performance of critical banking systems while providing technical assistance to employees.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and support Microsoft Infrastructure Services including Active Directory, Exchange, SCOM and Windows Server components.
• Support Microsoft Application Services on the .NET platform, QNB Workflow and in‑house applications.
• Manage security infrastructure services such as Trellix Endpoint Defense, antivirus, DLP, FIM and Ivanti Patch Management.
• Install, validate and update endpoint agents (Anti‑Virus, Ivanti, SentinelOne) and apply security patches.
• Perform disaster recovery simulations, backup verifications and ensure compliance with SLA and QNB IPMD requirements.
• Handle change requests, trouble tickets and service requests (CRs/TRS/SARFs) while tracking system profiles and enhancements.
• Promote cost‑consciousness, productivity and efficiency within the domain support team.

Required profile

• Experience in managing IT domain support activities and coordinating resources.
• Ability to work extended hours and meet turnaround‑time (SLA) requirements.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance with security and disaster‑recovery procedures.
• Effective communication skills for shadowing senior management on projects and deliverables.
