Associate – Retail Risk Operations & Card Production

About the role

The Associate – Retail Risk Operations & Card Production will manage the end‑to‑end lifecycle of debit and credit cards, ensuring accurate personalization, timely fulfilment and secure delivery while supporting new product launches and system changes.

Key responsibilities

• Operate card personalization and PIN printing machines to produce accurate cards.
• Handle card fulfilment, packaging, dispatch and delivery for both debit and credit products.
• Maintain daily embossing reports, reconciliation records and production documentation.
• Prepare job setups, card plastics and customer letters for personalization and renewals.
• Monitor and replenish machine consumables (foils, ribbons, plastics) and manage stock levels.
• Shred used consumables and damaged cards in compliance with security procedures.
• Perform vault, production and inventory reconciliations, including embossed‑versus‑processed card verification.
• Process standard and VIP card requests within agreed turnaround times.
• Coordinate with IT, operations, vendors and support teams for issue resolution, UAT activities and machine support.
• Report operational issues promptly and support additional duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in finance or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in card operations, personalization or related banking operations.
• Knowledge of debit and credit card processes.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy and time‑management skills.
• Customer‑service orientation and ability to work as a team player.

Required skills

• Printer maintenance and troubleshooting.
• Operation of card personalization and PIN printing machines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Office applications.
• Understanding of debit and credit card production workflows.
