Associates & Senior Auditors – Doha

About the role

EY is seeking Associates and Senior Auditors to join its Doha Audit team. You will support audit engagements, ensure accurate financial reporting, and provide insights on accounting matters for a diverse client base.

Key responsibilities

• Participate in audit engagements, collaborate with team members, maintain communication, and update senior staff on progress.
• Prepare for and attend meetings with client management, assist in drafting reports and schedules for delivery.
• Develop and maintain productive relationships with client personnel.
• Identify and escalate potential business opportunities for EY while establishing internal and external relationships.
• Contribute to people initiatives, including recruiting and retaining assurance professionals.
• Escalate issues as needed and ensure delivered work meets high‑quality standards and is reviewed appropriately.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of professional experience in external audit.
• Strong academic record with a degree and a professional qualification such as ACCA, CPA or CA.
• Experience with a reputable accounting firm.
• Proficiency in Arabic language.
