Banking Sales Executive

About the role

We are seeking a Banking Sales Executive with strong knowledge of Qatar’s banking market to drive sales of loans, credit cards, accounts, and other retail banking products. The role requires proactive lead generation, an established local network, and the ability to convert customer opportunities into sales.

Key responsibilities

• Generate qualified leads for banking products through referrals, employer relationships, networking, and field sales.
• Sell personal loans, credit cards, accounts, and other assigned banking products.
• Assess customer needs and explain product eligibility, documentation requirements, rates, fees, and repayment terms accurately.
• Develop relationships with local employers and professional contacts to support customer acquisition.
• Achieve assigned sales targets and identify opportunities to cross‑sell banking products.
• Collect and review application documents in line with the bank’s requirements.
• Coordinate with relevant banking teams to follow up on applications and keep customers informed.
• Maintain an active sales pipeline while adhering to compliance, customer verification, and confidentiality requirements.

Required profile

• Local banking sales experience in Qatar is the primary requirement.
• Strong knowledge of loans, credit cards, accounts, and retail banking products.
• Understanding of banking sales processes, customer eligibility, documentation, and compliance requirements.
• Strong understanding of the Qatar market, supported by an established local network.
• Proven ability to generate leads, acquire customers, and achieve sales targets.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and customer relationship skills.
