Barista – Customer Service & Beverage Specialist

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Barista to join our team and deliver high-quality beverages and food while providing exceptional customer service. You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring brand standards are met at every interaction.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver top-level customer service in line with brand standards.
• Prepare and serve drinks and food according to recipes and quality guidelines.
• Maintain stock levels, replenish displays and rotate inventory following planograms.
• Uphold health, safety and cleanliness standards throughout the store and patio area.
• Upsell products and share product knowledge to maximize sales.
• Operate the till and handle cash transactions as trained.
• Follow daily cleaning schedules and ensure all areas comply with hygiene standards.
• Ensure food and beverage items are presented and displayed correctly.

Required profile

• Friendly, outgoing personality with confident communication.
• Flexible, willing to learn and show initiative.
• Reliable and committed, able to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment, preferably hospitality or retail.
