About the role
You will be a bar professional working in an artistic and creative capacity at Banana Island Resort Doha By Anantara. The management expects you to develop original and exciting beverages using local ingredients while delighting guests with quality and variety.
Key responsibilities
- Serve guests in accordance with standards and quality in a gracious and courteous manner.
- Ensure the bar is professionally set up at all times.
- Process drink orders quickly and efficiently.
- Maintain high standards of service, quality, appearance, and cleanliness.
- Adhere to the Beverage Department Standard Operating Procedures and Beverage Manual.
Required profile
- Diploma in Hospitality.
- Previous experience in Food & Beverage/Restaurant operations.
- Passion for excellent service.
- Excellent team player.
