Key responsibilities

• Prepare and serve cocktails, beverages, and drinks according to MGallery standards and guest preferences.
• Deliver warm, attentive, and personalized service while creating memorable guest experiences.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and well‑stocked bar throughout the operation.
• Demonstrate excellent knowledge of beverages, cocktail recipes, ingredients, and preparation techniques.
• Take guest orders accurately and provide knowledgeable recommendations when requested.
• Monitor stock levels and communicate replenishment requirements to the supervisor.
• Handle cash and billing procedures accurately in accordance with hotel standards.
• Follow all health, safety, hygiene, and responsible service standards.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of previous bartending experience in a fast‑paced environment.
• Extensive knowledge of cocktail recipes, beer, wine, and spirits.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bartending certification preferred.
• Knowledge of local liquor laws and regulations.
• Ability to work in a diverse, multicultural environment.

Required skills

• Proficiency in using POS systems.
• Accurate cash handling.
