Beverage Manager

About the role

The Beverage Manager is responsible for overseeing all operational aspects of the bar, both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house. This includes managing beverage costs, ordering stock, and keeping the inventory system up to date while ensuring a high standard of service.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain bar operations in line with company policies and ensure full compliance.
• Plan, delegate, and monitor tasks to maximise team productivity and profitability.
• Ensure staff grooming standards, schedule training, and verify completion of HACCP training.
• Drive sales through operational excellence and support marketing initiatives.
• Control stock, handle cash, and enforce related procedures.
• Lead continuous product improvement and monitor service quality.
• Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.
• Support recruitment, roster management, and address HR or accounting issues.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a similar beverage or bar management role.
• Strong command of English.
• Ability to manage a diverse brand mix in a challenging environment.
