BI Specialist - Customer Experience

About the role

We are looking for a BI Specialist to turn complex aviation data into scalable, high‑impact data products that support our airline’s commercial and operational performance. You will work within the Google Cloud Platform and Power BI environment to deliver self‑service analytics for the Customer Experience department.

Key responsibilities

• Enable data as a service by creating reusable, self‑service data products.
• Translate business needs, especially in Customer Experience, into GCP data product specifications.
• Advise business units on question formulation, experiment design, and data‑driven problem solving.
• Champion data governance, self‑service BI, and data‑informed decision making.
• Analyze passenger and journey datasets to uncover trends and support strategic decisions.
• Support the CXBI Manager and develop insightful dashboards for the Customer Experience department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in a similar role focusing on Power BI, Alteryx, and SQL.
• Background in data product development or product ownership within data analytics.
• Experience in Customer Experience and customer journey analysis in an airline environment.
• Strong analytical mindset with systematic problem‑solving abilities.
