Bid Management Consultant

About the role

The Bid Management Consultant will lead the end‑to‑end bid process for IT Managed Services contracts, ensuring proposals are compelling, compliant and aligned with client requirements. Based in Doha, you will work closely with presales, delivery, finance and legal teams to secure new business.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the full bid lifecycle – qualification, planning, content development, reviews and submission.
• Prepare tender summaries that capture requirements, evaluation criteria, competitive differentiators, risks, assumptions and pricing terms.
• Develop technical and commercial proposals for Service Desk, Cloud, Infrastructure, SOC/NOC, Security and Application Managed Services in both Arabic and English.
• Define and document Service Level Agreements, Key Performance Indicators and penalty/reward models.
• Create Master Framework Agreement proposals with modular pricing and scalable service catalogs.
• Produce diagrams, solution presentations and sales pitch decks for executive and technical audiences.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related field.
• 8‑10 years of IT experience with at least 4 years in bid management for Managed Services.
• Proven track record of preparing proposals, commercial models and SLA‑based operating frameworks.
