BIM Manager

About the role

AECOM is seeking a BIM Manager to lead the BIM management function within the Project Management and Construction Management (PMCM) team. The role ensures that the contractor’s BIM deliverables align with the BIM Execution Plan (BEP), project requirements, and coordination standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and approve the contractor’s BIM Execution Plan and all digital deliverables.
• Oversee BIM coordination across all disciplines, ensuring clash‑free integrated models.
• Monitor model updates, Level of Development (LOD) compliance, and data integrity throughout the project lifecycle.
• Lead coordination meetings and drive timely resolution of clashes and interface issues.
• Verify as‑built BIM submissions and asset data for handover requirements.
• Support the client in digital asset management and integration with facilities management (FM) systems.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading BIM coordination on large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of BIM Execution Plans, LOD standards, and clash detection processes.
• Ability to manage multidisciplinary model integration and ensure data quality.
• Experience facilitating coordination meetings and delivering as‑built BIM models.
