About the role

We are looking for an experienced BIM Manager to lead the BIM process on construction projects in Qatar. The role involves overseeing model creation, coordination across disciplines and ensuring deliverables meet client and project standards.

Key responsibilities

Develop and maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and enforce BIM standards.
Coordinate architectural, structural and MEP models, performing clash detection and resolution.
Manage BIM models, drawings and related project deliverables.
Liaise with consultants, contractors and internal teams to ensure seamless multidisciplinary coordination.
Ensure all BIM outputs comply with client requirements and project specifications.

Required profile

5–8 years of BIM experience on construction projects.
Degree or diploma in Engineering, Architecture, Construction or a related field.
Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary coordination and manage teams.
