Business Analyst (Arabic/English)

About the role

This Business Analyst position covers enterprise digital transformation, data and AI programs. The BA works inside agile squads as the counterpart to the Product Owner, elicits and documents requirements, supports UAT and release sign-off, and produces bilingual (Arabic and English) documentation for clients and executives.

Key responsibilities

• Elicit, analyze and document business requirements through workshops, interviews and stakeholder engagement, turning them into functional and non-functional specifications.
• Author BRDs, FRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, process flows (As-Is / To-Be), use cases and requirements traceability matrices.
• Partner with Product Owners to refine and prioritize the backlog, and lead requirement reviews with stakeholders, architects, developers and QA.
• Drive Fit-Gap analysis, recommend process improvements and digital enablers, and maintain the requirements baseline with change request and impact analysis.
• Define acceptance criteria, support UAT planning, defect triage and release sign-off.
• Work with UX/UI designers on wireframes, prototypes and user journeys.
• Produce executive documentation in English and Arabic, and support pre-sales with requirements inserts, capability statements and proposal content.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ years of business analysis experience on enterprise digital transformation, data or AI programs.
• Proven experience in agile squads as the BA counterpart to a Product Owner.
• Bilingual Arabic and English for workshops, documentation and executive communication.
• Strong stakeholder management across business, technical and executive audiences.

Required skills

• Expert knowledge of business analysis frameworks and agile delivery.
• Requirements engineering: workshops, interviews, process modeling, prototyping, story mapping.
• Tools: Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Visio / Lucidchart / draw.io, Figma (reading).
• Hands-on BRDs, FRDs, RTMs, use cases and user stories; Fit-Gap analysis and use case reviews.
• Nice to have: CBAP, CCBA or PMI-PBA certification, and exposure to AI/ML, advanced analytics or GenAI.
