Business Analyst – Banking (FI)

About the role

We are looking for a Banking Business Analyst with strong Financial Institutions (FI) Banking experience to support cross‑sell, client lifecycle, business transformation and process improvement initiatives. The role involves analysing client portfolios, gathering requirements and driving process optimisation across multiple banking domains.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse FI client portfolios, product usage and revenue to identify cross‑sell and wallet‑share opportunities.
• Gather, analyse and document business requirements and BRDs.
• Map AS‑IS and TO‑BE processes and identify opportunities for process optimisation.
• Support client onboarding, product adoption and client lifecycle transformation initiatives.
• Collaborate with FI Coverage, Product, GTB, Lending, Cash Management, Global Markets, Operations, Risk and Technology teams.
• Track KPIs, business benefits, revenue opportunities and implementation progress.
• Support automation, operating model improvements and governance reporting.
• Ensure initiatives comply with relevant risk, regulatory and internal control requirements.

Required profile

• 7+ years of relevant banking experience.
• Strong experience in Financial Institutions (FI) Banking.
• Hands‑on experience in Business Analysis and BRD/requirements gathering.
• Strong process mapping and process improvement experience.
• Good understanding of GTB, Lending, Cash Management and/or Global Markets.
• Experience in cross‑sell, client lifecycle, onboarding or banking transformation initiatives.
• Strong analytical, stakeholder management and communication skills.
