Business Analyst – Commercial Division (Supply Chain)

About the role

SPIE Global Services Energy is seeking a Business Analyst to support the Lead of the Centre of Excellence in enhancing the performance of its Commercial Division. The role focuses on process improvement, governance, reporting and strategic execution across the supply chain and procurement functions.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and eliminate inefficiencies in the supply chain and procurement processes, driving cost‑optimisation initiatives.
• Draft, maintain and enforce supply‑chain and strategic‑sourcing policies, ensuring compliance with client and regulatory requirements.
• Compile and manage the monthly Balanced Scorecard dashboard for the Commercial Division and lead ESG and ICV analytics.
• Provide data analysis and business intelligence to inform the Commercial Division’s functional strategy.
• Participate in cross‑functional workstreams such as Sustainability Committee, Regulatory Compliance, Cyber‑Security register and Tawteen workshops.
• Train and coach local talent through structured career development plans and competency assessments.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Finance, Law, Engineering or a related field (mandatory).
• Professional certification such as CIPS, CPSM or equivalent (mandatory).
• Master’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in supply‑chain, procurement or commercial analysis.
