Business Analyst – Performance

About the role

The Business Analyst – Performance will lead the definition, revision and monitoring of corporate and departmental KPIs, ensuring alignment with QAPCO’s strategic objectives and industry benchmarks. You will work closely with executive management and department heads to drive performance analytics and continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and facilitate corporate KPI definition/revision, evaluating current KPI effectiveness and incorporating latest learnings.
• Analyze external and internal performance data to support financial and operational result reviews.
• Plan and execute market performance benchmarking for fact‑based comparisons.
• Guide department‑level KPI definition/revision and consolidate them into a KPI charter and dashboard.
• Validate KPI measurements across the organization and ensure consistent, transparent leader KPIs.
• Facilitate target setting, monitor performance, and produce monthly/quarterly/annual performance reports with RCA and action plans.
• Support policy, system and procedure implementation to meet quality, cost, and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• Proven experience in performance management, corporate strategy or business analysis.
• Strong analytical skills with ability to interpret complex data and generate actionable insights.
• Excellent communication skills to interact with senior leadership and cross‑functional teams.
