Business Design Specialist

About the role

As a Business Design Specialist at Accenture Song, you will partner with clients to envision, design, and launch innovative products, services, and experiences. Leveraging human‑centered design principles, you will translate research insights into strategic recommendations that drive growth.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct customer, market, and stakeholder research to uncover unmet needs.
• Create customer journeys, service blueprints, and personas that inform design concepts.
• Facilitate innovation and design‑thinking workshops with cross‑functional teams.
• Transform research findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Develop storytelling materials and executive‑level presentations.
• Collaborate closely with strategists, designers, and technologists to ensure cohesive solutions.
• Support product and service innovation initiatives from concept through delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in business design, service design, strategy, innovation, or experience consulting.
• Strong understanding of Design Thinking methodologies.
• Excellent research, analytical, communication, and presentation abilities.
