Business Development Manager

About the role

Arabic.AI is looking for a Business Development Manager to own end‑to‑end customer relationships, pipeline creation, deal execution and revenue outcomes across assigned accounts. You will act as a strategic advisor to clients and coordinate internal teams to deliver integrated AI‑driven language and translation solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute account plans, including stakeholder mapping, whitespace analysis and quarterly growth targets.
• Drive portfolio penetration across all Arabic.AI divisions, balancing revenue contribution and avoiding single‑line dependency.
• Build trusted advisor relationships with senior executives and act as the primary commercial owner of assigned accounts.
• Maintain a qualified pipeline, lead deal strategy, pricing discussions and close‑plan execution.
• Provide accurate forecasting, ensure CRM hygiene and manage risk escalation.
• Guarantee compliance with pricing, discounting and approval governance frameworks.
• Collaborate with pre‑sales, delivery, pricing, legal and product teams to ensure deal readiness and timely closure.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, Technology or a related field.
• 7+ years of proven experience in enterprise sales, business development or solutions selling within AI, SaaS, IT services or consulting.
• Demonstrated success managing complex, multi‑stakeholder enterprise deals.
• Good understanding of language and translation services and the challenges of target market sectors.
