Business Development Officer

About the role

NelsonPark Property, a real estate brokerage and property valuation firm with offices in Qatar, Dubai and the UK, is looking for a full-time, on-site Business Development Officer based in Doha. The role is about identifying new business opportunities, building strategic partnerships and driving growth in Qatar and international markets.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, develop and pursue new business opportunities in local and international markets.
• Establish and maintain long-term relationships with business partners, stakeholders and prospective customers.
• Generate leads, arrange and run business meetings and turn opportunities into business agreements.
• Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the company's growth objectives.
• Research market opportunities, identify potential partnerships and support business expansion.
• Achieve agreed sales targets and contribute to the company's commercial performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in business development, sales or business acquisition.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Strong command of English, written and spoken.
• Proactive, self-motivated and able to work independently and meet targets.
• Currently residing in Qatar.
