Cabin Safety Ground Instructor

About the role

The Cabin Safety Ground Instructor will ensure the highest standards of safety and emergency procedures for Qatar Executive crew, aligning with Qatar Civil Aviation Authority requirements. You will design, deliver and assess comprehensive training programs for both flight deck and cabin personnel.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct cabin safety regulatory training for flight crew and cabin crew.
• Deliver safety and emergency procedures training in line with the QCAA‑approved syllabus.
• Provide practical training in classrooms, on aircraft, cabin mock‑ups, door trainers and other training venues.
• Assess, monitor and coach crew members, delivering performance feedback to achieve required competence levels.
• Maintain and update individual crew training files to ensure full regulatory conformity.
• Administer practical and theory examinations.
• Develop lesson plans, handouts and training aids approved by senior training management.
• Support the creation and continuous improvement of training programs, including CRM and human‑factors modules.
• Ensure training documentation is current and resources are used efficiently.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
• Experience delivering safety and emergency‑procedure training to flight and cabin crew.
• Familiarity with Qatar Civil Aviation Authority safety regulations.
• Ability to conduct practical training in varied environments (classroom, aircraft, mock‑up).
• Strong assessment, coaching and documentation skills.
